Refund policy:
We believe SHIFT begins the moment you claim your seat. That said, if you decide it isn’t for you, we offer a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided the retreat hasn’t started.
Once the retreat begins, your commitment is your initiation — there are no refunds. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive the full replays, resources, and access to the community.
This isn’t a casual transaction. It’s a setup — not steps — and your “yes” is the first move.
